What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled if it occurs prior to shipment. Typically shipment happens within 5 business days, though some products that are made to order take longer -- affected shipping times are noted on relevant product pages. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Please include your order number in your email.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order for accessories, it will normally ship within a few business days. Yarn and bags can take up to 15 days to ship, depending on if we need to dye or sew the item. We often have things pre-made and ready to ship and we do our best to get things out quickly. When you receive it depends on all the things we just mentioned, plus the shipping method you select. Domestic standard shipping is FREE on all orders $35 and over!
Can you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
We're sorry! At the moment we are only able to ship within the United States, excluding APO and FPO addresses. If you would like to have an order shipped internationally, please send us an email at email@example.com and and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind all of our products, however we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are looking to make a return with us, don't worry – we want this to be as easy and painless as ordering from us.
|If a product is damaged or defective|
Please contact us right away and let us know there's a problem – be sure to include your order number and a description of the damage. We want you to be fully satisfied and will work with you to replace or refund the item.
|If you changed your mind|
It's ok, we're all human – at the end of the day we just want you to be a happy one. You can return an item and we will refund you, as long as it's undamaged and unopened.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, we will refund you within seven business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up immediately on your statement.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
